Interested in Sponsoring "Sangam"

The Bay Area chapter of the Association for India’s Development (AID),  is organizing an Indian classical music concert on September 22nd 2002 in Los Altos.  The north-south Indian jugalbandhi concert features grammy award winner Pt.Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, playing the mohan vina and millenium award winner Chitravina RaviKiran, playing the nava-chitravina. The purpose of this concert is to increase awareness of AID’s activities in supporting developmental projects in India and to raise funds to support these projects.  All proceeds from the concert will go towards supporting worthy projects that aim to better the life of the poor and underprivileged in India.

The concert will be held in Smithwick Theater, Foothill College, Los Altos. The event will be extensively publicized in the bay area and we anticipate a sold-out event. We will be publishing a souvenir on the occasion of the concert, and will be distributing it to all members of the audience. We would like to request you to consider advertising your business and services in the souvenir and/or during the concert.  This would not only be an excellent opportunity to advertise your business to a highly successful and eminent audience but would also contribute significantly to our efforts to help the poor in India.

As a reputed member of the local community, we hope that you will take this opportunity to join us and make the concert a success.  Please feel free to write to us or call us if you have any questions.  We look forward to hearing from you with a favorable reply.

Yours sincerely,
Concert Sponsorship Coordinators
