The following items will be listed on our web-site :
Name of the Project, including location.
Project Co-ords , with their email addresses
Amount Requested
Amount Sanctioned
Short summary of the project
Detailed summary of the project
Date of completion of the project
All the email correspondence and/or phone conversations with the NGO
Any site visit report
Any other reports sent out by the NGO after the project started.
Any photographs related to the project. You can scan these and send it to
the webmaster.
Please send all the information above to Webmaster , or update
the information in the projects database and send out an email to the
Webmaster.
If you feel that, we need to have more details on our web-site, please send me
your comments. Also, we need to come up with a better way of representing the
data on the web-site. One of the reasons for not pointing all our donors to the
projects database is overload of textual information.
